Monique sold my townhouse in Shell Cove for a very decent price and within two weeks after the first open home inspection. She was professional, organised and highly communicative, always informing me of situations as they transpired and returning my calls or responding to emails in a timely manner. A personable lady, she listened to my concerns and was flexible to my requests. She assisted me in organising tradespersons to complete a few jobs around the property in preparation of the sale and impressed me with her experience in conducting negotiations in a manner that was respectful to both seller and buyer. Her real estate partner, Phoenix, was also pro-active and easy to communicate with and ran an excellent sales campaign, whilst the administration staff was highly competent ensuring that the sale progressed smoothly.
