Monique facilitated the sale of my property and did an incredible job, particularly during the negotiation phase and ensuring a fair price was achieved for the property. I used Monique to sell my mother's house, as the executor of her will. Monique went above and beyond in every single aspect, and exceeded my expectations every time. Living two hours away created complications because I couldn't always be present for tradespeople or to perform some of the normal duties as executor, but Monique stepped in to assist again and again. It's a common expression, but in this case it is absolutely true, that I could not have done this without her. Would recommend.
