Monte’s appearance was always clean and professional. His personality is very friendly. I had serious health issues at the time and Monte did his best to work with us! My issue was with the open houses. They generally lasted only 1/2 hour and one was only 10 minutes! The open house signs were not very visible and were not even placed on the main road. I just feel if more effort was put forward we could have sold sooner.
