As Kate sold the home back in 2017 she had good knowledge of the property and where it sat in the market. Newly divided block of land sold to young buyers next to their parents property. Excellent for them and at the expected sale price so excellent for us too ( sellers).

Although sale price was less than advertised price, it was better to have a cash buyer and quick roll over rather than risk a protracted sale subject to finance.
