Selling our family home was a huge life event, and from day one, Monty made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. He created a WhatsApp group with my ex-partner and I, which meant we were both kept informed every step of the way. One moment that really stood out was when I accidentally had the wrong time in my calendar for the photographer. Rather than making me feel bad, he simply rolled up his sleeves and helped tidy the house so we could still make it happen. That level of care and kindness is incredibly rare. He somehow managed to win over my kids too - they still talk about the chocolate he always brought with him! It might seem like a small thing, but it says a lot about the effort he makes to build genuine relationships with the families he works with. Most importantly, Monty is exactly what you hope a real estate agent will be: honest, professional, approachable and authentic. There was no pressure, no sales gimmicks and no smoke and mirrors - just clear advice, genuine support and someone who consistently did what he said he would do. Overall Monty was awesome and I dont say because he sold my house but he was always in reach & gave me peace of mind right throughout, making me feel like I was important & in the best hands He was reachable and if he did miss a call I was assure that I would hear back from him within the hour. He didn't BS at all or give me false hope but instead was ontop of things before they were thought of or addressed. After working at Harvey Norman for 10 years throughout the early 2000's where customer service was paramount & second to none, it was refreshing to get thG quality throughout the sale & again when purchasing through Monty. I have to hand it to Monty. He called me up one day asking if I was interested in selling, to fob him off I gave him an arbitrary number thinking it'll never get that high anytime soon. He constantly kept in touch with me and after a year, he told me it was time. I didn't think he'd achieve my desired amount so I let him try off-market on the condition the new owner kept my existing tenant. He did not take long and came back to me with a great offer (over my expectations) It was a very painless smooth experience and Monty took care of everything. Highly recommend him. Purely for his experience, contacts and hunger to achieve the results.

Monty is amazing! doesn't beat around the bush, is extremely professional and still has time to not only listen to you, but even have a great laugh with. His personality shines from the moment you shake his hand. He told us exactly what he was going to do and he GOT IT DONE!
