He preferred to get the best offers out of prospective buyers and therefore avoided creating unrealistic expectations of a sales result on the part of the owner. I have dealt with a number of agents in my time, but Murray Kennedy is by far my favourite. He is so approachable, so genuine and just gets the job done with little fuss or ego. He will not sugar coat anything and is happy to have difficult conversations with you. For both our property sales he has pretty much nailed on what the property was worth and got in on that number (or just above). Will recommend to anyone who wants to sell their house.
