As buyers we noticed how unimportant we were to some sales folk at open houses but Murray was very friendly and approachable. He's clearly naturally a people person and he wants the best outcome for his vendors AND his buyers. That makes for a smoother sales process from first registering interest, negotiating an agreed price and follow through during the cooling off period. On our second inspection one of his team met us at the house and she was also very friendly and helpful. Murray clearly leads by example and the office, overall, are great to deal with.
