Murray has sold 3 houses for us in the last 5 years, and there is a reason we keep coming back to him. This sale was the most challenging, as it was a tricky market with changes to the banks loan conditions. We had spoken to another prominent local real estate. They had sky high fees, but their packages had all the bells and whistles (the coffee cart at the open home almost had me sold, until I realised I wouldn't be attending!). We were devastated when they told us to expect $35,000 less than the minimum we hoped to get for the property. We came back to Murray, and with his trademark persistence, he was able to get us our asking price. We couldn't be happier! He was always very transparent with us about how he wanted to list the property, and fully explained his reasoning for changing listing prices. He was collaborative, and didn't push us towards any changes we weren't comfortable with. Murray puts his heart, soul, and his huge personality into every sale, and never once feels like a pushy salesman who is only out to line his pockets. He takes the time to really get to know both sellers and buyers alike, and works to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties. If we were to ever sell in this area again, we would be back to Murray without hesitation. He proved that you don't need bells, whistles, or coffee carts to sell houses, even in a tough market. You just need someone who knows their stuff, is honest, and hardworking, which is everything Murray is.

Murray invited us to an open house that we had not even seen online, we had completely overlooked it. If it was not for Murray I would not be sitting in our new living room typing this review. We placed an offer on our now new home and stated to Murray that we know it will sell for a higher offer, however, that afternoon Murray phoned! Right from the beginning, Murray's professional yet friendly and down to earth persona allowed us, two first home buyers, to be feel relaxed with the overwhelming processes of looking for and buying a home. Murray and the ladies in the office made themselves available to suit our work schedule to answer questions, sign contracts and communicate easily throughout the entire process. Murray made all agenda's clear leaving no information out and explicitly explained the processes and contracts. Murray openly communicated with the sellers to organise inspections and an opportunity to invite our families to see our new home. Murray Kennedy literally provided us with the foundations and so much more in order for us to begin the next chapter of our lives. We already know that when we outgrow this home or are considering an investment property Murray will be the first point of call. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Murray. During a stressful situation where our rental was being sold, Murray went above and beyond to make life easier for my family. He was able to turn a bad situation into a wonderful one. Murray isn't like other agents, he made us feel comfortable and developed a personal relationship with us from the start. We were assured that we would be looked after in the event we had to move house, but to our surprise he was able to find an investor who has allowed my young family to stay in the home we have lived for the past year. I've never encountered a real estate agent who put in so much effort and genuinely cares for our well-being. Can't recommend highly enough!! 100 stars!.
I had a recommendation to contact Murray Kennedy to enable the sale of my parents house in Narellan Vale. This was a very emotional time for me as I had to put both my parents into a nursing home at short notice and sell their property to finance this. Through many tears and hugs of support from them both, I was very happy with the outcome. They both put their hand up to help me in any way during the process whether it be carrying boxes, mowing when we couldn't, repairs etc. These guys were both there for me like brothers. Whatever I asked for, they had a solution for me every time. They always kept me informed about any interest in the property, pushing to get me a price as close as I needed. Very professional.
