I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Murray. During a stressful situation where our rental was being sold, Murray went above and beyond to make life easier for my family. He was able to turn a bad situation into a wonderful one. Murray isn't like other agents, he made us feel comfortable and developed a personal relationship with us from the start. We were assured that we would be looked after in the event we had to move house, but to our surprise he was able to find an investor who has allowed my young family to stay in the home we have lived for the past year. I've never encountered a real estate agent who put in so much effort and genuinely cares for our well-being. Can't recommend highly enough!! 100 stars!.
I had a recommendation to contact Murray Kennedy to enable the sale of my parents house in Narellan Vale. This was a very emotional time for me as I had to put both my parents into a nursing home at short notice and sell their property to finance this. Through many tears and hugs of support from them both, I was very happy with the outcome. They both put their hand up to help me in any way during the process whether it be carrying boxes, mowing when we couldn't, repairs etc. These guys were both there for me like brothers. Whatever I asked for, they had a solution for me every time. They always kept me informed about any interest in the property, pushing to get me a price as close as I needed. Very professional. I had been dealing with Murray for a significant period of time before the house was put on the market, as it was a very long and complicated divorce settlement. Murray provided advice and support even before the agency agreement was signed, and provided accurate market pricing to assist in mediation and court proceedings. He was always professional, courteous and helped make an extremely stressful situation as seamless as possible. Murray often liaised with solicitors, contractors and others as required to ensure the best possible outcome for all involved. Once the property was on the market his communication and service were exemplary, keeping me up to date of potential buyers, offers and achieving a great result prior to auction. I don't believe I would have achieved this result, and part of my divorce be finalised without Murray having carriage of my matter. I would highly recommend Murray with the sale of your home, knowing that you are receiving not on great service, but with the underlying values of honesty, integrity and trust. If I need to sell another home in the future, I will only sell with Murray Kennedy.
