Made everything easy

Myles was great to deal with, he knew the area well and was able to help with all the general questions we had, things like "what schools is it zoned for", heritage status, shopping, transport etc. Through the purchase process he kept us well informed and helped with what paper work etc we needed to do. He also worked closely with the mortgage broker and with the building inspection, simplifying the whole process. No regrets with the purchase and was very glad having Myles simplifying so much of the process. Very knowledgeable, great personality and goes above and beyond.
