Was a little sceptical with the fixed fee model, but upon speaking with Myles, I was confident that he would be putting in as much effort as anyone on a commission and generally seemed more relaxed and less desperate than commission-based agents, which I think flows through to his dealing with buyers. Myles kept us up to date regularly with buyers' interest, booked lots of inspections, was always on time, and has a very amiable, professional manner. In the end, Myles got us a great price - even more than we told him we were willing to accept, which I think is testament to Upside's model actually working in the interest of sellers. Myles is a very friendly nice guy. We did not have enough time due to short period between settlement day and the date tenant moving out and suffered different issues. He solved most of issues within the short term. I appreciate him spending extra personal time for deal the issues.
