We're really pleased with the service of Nader Hotait in connection with buying a property in South Coogee, Sydney. Very prompt, friendly and transparent. Nader along with his assistants Naomi and Claudia have made the sale process of our family home a good experience for both my husband and I, after deciding to down size earlier this year. The market campaign was spread out well over the four weeks, with firstly advertising on the net, followed by an article in the Sydney Morning Herald and then the local courier, with the cover page for real estate and full page article including a delightfully written blurb about our property. The entire sales campaign was well executed and professionally handled. Nader's knowledge and reputation for the sale of properties in close proximity to ours was what convinced us to use him and Ray White. Communication was strong through out, Nader and Naomi were always available to answer any questions or concerns, as well as to provide feed back from prospective purchasers after each home open. Together their diligence and hard work gave us an end result which we were pleased.
