I hired Nader because of his sales track record, responsiveness, and manner. After hiring him I found him to be too pushy and felt bullied by him, he did not follow through on what he promised me in his pitch to get my sale, when I called him on this he made excuses, communication was lacking and I did not receive the weekly progress reports pronised, and I did not feel he was on my side and working with me. Eventually, he got close to the sale price I wanted, after bringing me very low prices ans me having to push for it. A very unpleasant experience. I would never employ him or Ray White in the future and regret not going with South Eastern Realty.
