It's hard to fault the service we received from Nadija (and Dan). Very professional and helpful to the end. Made selling our apartment easy and took away most of the hassle. They worked hard until it was sold (under a month) and kept working all the way through settlement to ensure everything went smoothly. One Sunday evening, I decided to sell my investment property in Maylands. I rang the agent I bought the property through 25 years earlier and was referred to The Perth Property Co. That same evening Nadija from The Perth Property Co rang me and the rest is history. Nadija explained to me the services that the company would provide which included overseeing the tenant vacating the property, bringing the lawns and gardens back to a suitable standard as well as performing minor maintenance and organising contractors to conduct inspections and remedy any issues that were identified. Nadija also explained to me another of The Perth Property Co’s services was to dress the house with furniture and decorate the property for home opens and inspections after which professional photos would be done and the property would go online. As I live in the South West, these services were a very attractive option to me and ultimately saved me time and money by allowing the property to be listed earlier than if I was to take on the preparation and responsibility myself. Nadija also provided constant feedback and great advice throughout the preparation and sale process. The property was presented beautifully and sold within 10 days of going live. I was very happy with the sale price and highly recommend Nadija and Dan from The Perth Property Co.
