Nadjia and Dan were an absolute pleasure to deal with for the sale of our home. Their service is unique and really assists with the sale process. They were always open and honest with feedback and went above and beyond to ensure the sale of our home went through. We cannot thank them enough for their service, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you both.
Nadija and Daniel helped us sell our property at a great price without any hassle. They were there for us any time we needed them. There service Quality is just incredible, we have dealt with agent before but they are nothing like them! Big thank you.
I recently sold a property with the Perth Property Company and cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, support, guidance and excellent levels of communication. My property had been on the market previously and had not sold after a number of months. My research in to the various agents suggested that the Perth Property Group had the runs on the board and their approach was successful in getting a sale for me at a good price. A huge thanks to Nadija and Dan, well done guys.
We couldn't have chosen a better agent to sell our house. Nadija's warm personality, knowledge and professionalism made the whole process and very positive one for us. To also have Nadija's amazing staging and styling included as part of their service was fantastic, and we think certainly helped to sell our property within a week of being on the market. We would happily recommend The Perth Property Co! Thank you so much Nadija and Dan.
Nadija and Dan provided an outstanding service, they were professional and friendly. Their combined industry and market knowledge compliments their attention to detail. Would highly recommend their sales expertise to anyone selling or buying.!
Dan and Nadija went above and beyond to sell my apartment, which they sold within 2 weeks! They were very helpful, professional and genuine - they took the stress out of selling and made it a smooth and easy process ✨🏡 Highly recommend!
We first met Nadija while at a home open in our area. We have been looking for a new house for a while and have experienced hundreds of home opens. This one stood out due to the presentation and the high level of professionalism of the agent. We had a house on the market ourselves with another agent for over one year, and it struck us that our house isn’t presented like this or by someone like this. We decided to change agents to Nadija Begovich from The Perth Property Co, and the difference was amazing. Company 1 did whatever they do to sell a house for over one year, and we didn’t get a single update or phone call, let alone a buyer. Nadija and Dan had our house staged, advertised and two offers at the advertised price after ~ 2 weeks and one home open weekend. The excellent work didn’t stop after the acceptance of offer either. There are a lot of small details that take time and effort to be closed out between offer and handover such as any minor issues with the house such as missing light bulbs, faulty switches etc., Nadija and Dan took care of all these things, quite amazing again really, they are a full turn-key solution. If you are selling, do yourself a favour and speak to Nadiji before everyone else finds out.
Nadija and Dan were brilliant real estate agents. With their sense of style, they turned our home into a castle. Thanks to them, we sold our house successfully and are thankful. Warm and friendly; we highly recommend!!!
It's hard to fault the service we received from Nadija (and Dan). Very professional and helpful to the end. Made selling our apartment easy and took away most of the hassle. They worked hard until it was sold (under a month) and kept working all the way through settlement to ensure everything went smoothly. Apartment was staged by Nadija and looked and photographed wonderfully. We will be using Nadija again should we need to sell and happily recommend her to anyone.
One Sunday evening, I decided to sell my investment property in Maylands. I rang the agent I bought the property through 25 years earlier and was referred to The Perth Property Co. That same evening Nadija from The Perth Property Co rang me and the rest is history. Nadija explained to me the services that the company would provide which included overseeing the tenant vacating the property, bringing the lawns and gardens back to a suitable standard as well as performing minor maintenance and organising contractors to conduct inspections and remedy any issues that were identified. Nadija also explained to me another of The Perth Property Co’s services was to dress the house with furniture and decorate the property for home opens and inspections after which professional photos would be done and the property would go online. As I live in the South West, these services were a very attractive option to me and ultimately saved me time and money by allowing the property to be listed earlier than if I was to take on the preparation and responsibility myself. Nadija also provided constant feedback and great advice throughout the preparation and sale process. The property was presented beautifully and sold within 10 days of going live. I was very happy with the sale price and highly recommend Nadija and Dan from The Perth Property Co.
It's been great to engage Nadija to sell a second property for us. She goes above and beyond with the service provided, including great styling, helping with last minute repairs and negotiating the middle ground between seller and buyer to ensure good outcomes for all. Thoroughly recommend using Nadija to sell your next property!
My wife and I are so grateful to Nadija and Dan for the effort they put into selling our house! They really went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. From creative staging to helping out with the maintenance and most importantly - honest feedback and advice. Highly recommended
