We first picked Perth Property Co for their ability to style our vacant rental home that no other company in the area could do. When I first met Nadija followed shortly after Dan I knew instantly we'd made the right decision to choose them. Their styling of our home was nothing short of beautiful. Their un-waving energy, commitment and dedication to selling our home in tough economic times was reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted all the little things. Nardija and Dan are a credit to themselves and their company. These two restored my faith in real estate agents.I highly recommend giving them an opportunity.

Working with Nadija on the sale of my property was a great experience. Feedback regarding activity was prompt and any discussions around any changes to be made were respectful. A good result overall and would engage Nadija again for future sales!

Nadija and Dan achieved a great result with the Subiaco property receiving a full price offer in a matter of weeks after listing. They provided great feedback after home opens and diligently followed up potential buyers. One of their points of difference is the property styling service that they provide. Since this property was a deceased estate the furniture, rugs, paintings and soft furnishings selected by Nadija really presented this character property in it's best light. They also displayed great patience in dealing with 2 executors in different states and the issues that arose from this situation.Overall Nadija and Dan are a very professional, positive and hard working couple who I would highly recommend to anyone.I would not hesitate to use their services again.

From the first phone call and meeting Nadija was professional enthusiastic and honest. Throughout the entire process Nadija was there guiding and advising the best strategies to sell our home. The staging was on point, the advice on price and selling points superb. I would highly recommend Nadija. We have already lined her up to sell our parents house in December

Nadija was very positive when I met her . She created a house different from what I would have presented for sale . The house Nadija created was more to the public liking and it really sold the house It is a difficult market and Nadija sold the house against what people were saying . I am grateful for you help in selling my house and the dedication and effort you gave the sale ..

Nadija was exceptional throughout the sale process. Her styling of our property was tastefully decorated to capture buyer's attention. She was bang-on in her assessment of our property's value and negotiated with great skill to get the deal done. She communicated soundly and kept us abreast of all the details of the sale. We'll be using Nadija and the team at Perth Property Co again.

Nadija and Dan did a fantastic job presenting, marketing and selling my property. They are very approachable, have great attention to detail and kept me updated at all times. Thanks to their effective marketing, my property sold very quickly, even in the current buyers market.

Nadija and Dan are extremely approachable, knowledgeable, professional, and have an eye for dressing your property to look its absolute best. This is the second property TPPC has successfully sold for us in a really tough market. Thanks again for all your hard work guys. We really appreciate the time and extra effort you put in every time. All the best Bec and Mike

We were thrilled with the experience of working with Nadija and Dan @ Perth Property Co for the sale of our home. They used creativity, attention to detail and hard work to give us the best chance of selling, and when a buyer came along they supported the deal through to settlement. It was a great selling experience, and we'd be very happy working with Nadija and Dan again!

I am so glad I chose Nadija and Dan from The Perth Property Company to sell our Property at 37 Brookman Avenue Langford. Their complimentary styling was on point and they just made selling our house so easy and stress free their strategy worked to a tee and we achieved our target price in a relatively quick time frame in these tough market conditions.
