Nadija and Dan sold my apartment in East Perth recently and I couldn’t rate them highly enough! From start to finish I felt I was in good hands and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Perth Property Co to anyone who wants a personal but at the same time a very professional agent that goes out of their way to achieve a great result. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
We highly recommend The Perth Property Co., Nadija and Dan were friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. From the first meeting, Nadija’s approachability, focus and friendliness made the selling process comfortable, efficient and convenient. Nadija and Dan provide a unique service, of beautiful styling and staging which results in your home looking it’s best for the right audience at the right price. Thank you for all your hard work!
Working with Nadija was a delight. She was always great with her communication so I knew exactly where both the seller and myself were at during negotiations. I never felt like I was being manipulated as Nadija was very genuine and honest and very easy to talk to at all stages. I highly recommend Nadija for anyone looking for an agent. Sometimes it’s really hard to find good ones and Nadija is a great one for mine.
I met Nadija at a home open and was impressed by her manner and professionalism. We were not disappointed when we appointed The Perth Property Co as our agents to sell our home. Throughout, Nadija and Dan were positive, encouraging and professional ... they were also sincere. To add to our decor, Nadija provided a few special touches with her fabulous home styling. Our home sold quickly, for the price we were after and the service did not end there ... right up to settlement Nadija and Dan were nothing short of excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I can only highly recommend Nadija with the highest praise. Wonderful thoughtful communication and an eye for detail in the styling of our place. It sold in a very difficult market. Nothing was too much trouble thank you so much - warmly Kath and Kev
I've bought and sold 3 houses in Perth over the years and in my opinion Nadija is the best agent I have engaged by a long shot. In regard to the most recent sale other agents under-valued my property (two agents by over $200,000), whereas Nadija listened, researched and then tested the market at our agreed price range. Her styling enhanced the appearance of my home immensely and contributed to obtaining a record price within a week. In addition, the professional photographs were superb. I unreservedly recommend Nadija to you if you are putting your house on market.
Am so happy that we decided to use Perth Property Co. to sell our house. Could not have asked for a better agent than Nadija, who went above and beyond in helping us during the sale process. The style, stage and sell service that they provided is ingenious as I felt like our house resembled that of a display home which made it more appealing to buyers. It is definitely effective as it only took 2 weeks for us to get an offer on our property. Would highly recommend Nadija to everybody, definitely the best agent I’ve come across!
As a buyer, Nadija and Dan were both great. They provided information quickly and communicated regularly with us during the purchase. They were very approachable and transparent with us, which made the buying process much easier. I definitely recommend them!
Nadija and Dan did an Awesome job at styling our home which resulted in fantastic online interest.
Nadija is a fantastic agent that always went above and beyond when in the process of selling our home. From the very moment we made contact all communication was clear and concise, our home was staged perfectly with no detail even the small one's missed. Nadija was always a pleasure to deal with and had our best interests at heart. I have no hesitation in recommending Nadija or The Perth Property Co. to anyone that is selling or thinking of selling their home.
Nadija and Dan are a great team. They know how to market a home and get the best price. I knew they'd be perfect to sell our place and they were. Thanks so much guys!!
We meet Nadija at a home open in Bayswater. My partner and I discussed with Nadija what we wanted in our next house purchase. Nadija was amazing assisting us with finding the right home that met our needs and wants all while juggling around our fifo rosters with viewings. When coming to the process of making an offer my partner was signing the papers in Perth while I was signing them in Port Hedland and scanning them back. It was a breeze in the park, very straight forward and easy to understand the paperwork as it was clearly labelled where I needed to sign after reading all the fun stuff. Nadija I will be recommending you and Dan to all friends, family and work colleagues that are in need of an Agent when buying or selling a house. Cheers for being part of an amazing experience that was way too easy!
