I bought my house from Perth Property Co. and found Nadija and Dan to be responsive and respectful to me as a buyer. So as a seller 4 years later I knew I would use them as a seller. Buyers are important and too many agents treat buyers like cattle - little respect or time. Nadija was great when we were looking and responsive to our enquiries, so it just makes sense - buyers are important to get the best for the seller. Fees are reasonable and Nadija does a great job with staging and presenting the house professionally. Highly recommend.

Working with Perth Property Co was such a great experience. Their communication was amazing throughout the entire process... always clear, prompt, and reassuring. The property styling was so stunning it made me want to move back in! We had a small issue with the sink, and they had it sorted straight away without any fuss. Honestly, the whole process felt effortless on my end. They went over and above at every turn. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Great team, excellent service, and always on point with their honest assessments and friendly advice. Professional, experienced, attentive, and friendly. They somehow exceeded my already high expectations. Good value service, great people, and an excellent and speedy result.

Nadija's professionalism is only surpassed by her positive approach to every aspect of her role, including understanding and supporting her clients. Every challenge was met with the intention of success. Her presentation of the property was impressive and contributed significantly to the successful sale.

The duo team were great! Nadija started the process with the appraisal, sales data, staging the home to negotiation and making the sale. While Dan supported in making it a care free experience from sale through to settlement. They both have high attention to detail and are very competent at what they do. Nadija did a fantastic job through negotiations and I really felt she did what was best for me and was professional at all times. Would definitely recommend the team!!

Nadia's personal and professional manner combined with her knowledge of the current local market ensured that our property marketed and presented at its full potential for a smooth and efficient sale. Thankyou Nadia.

I had a fantastic experience working with both Nadija and Dan. They were incredibly attentive and efficient throughout the entire process. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we achieved an excellent sale price, and everything went through seamlessly. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience - highly recommend them and The Perth Property Co!

Nadija is an agent who delivers what is promised. Very clear when communicating in addition to being supportive and generous with her time. Thanks Nadija for your excellence and diligence in selling our home.

Nadija and Dan made selling our house such a simple and easy process, from the fantastic styling job to resolving some unexpected issue that came up during the sale, all done quickly and professionally. Would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to sell.

This is the second time we have used Nadija and Dan to sell our house. We've found them to be very friendly, truthful and helpful throughout the whole process. They will go above and beyond to accommodate your requirements and ensure you have a smooth experience. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Nadija and Dan from Perth Property. I had 3 agents provide quotes and went with Nadija as they included the styling which I knew was essential in obtaining the best price. I live in Melbourne and was able to completely trust Nadija to manage the work needing to be done and co-ordinate trades people. She also styled the place beautifully. Both Nadija and Dan went above and beyond to ensure the property presented well and attracted buyers. I sold within a week for a price I was very happy with. Thank you Nadija and Dan, You were brilliant!

Nadija was a fantastic agent to work with. Very helpful with the process including styling the property for us. She explained everything clearly and we felt like she was only working on our property despite others she was working with as well. Sale was quick and easy to reduce stress. Highly recommend.
