I reached out to Nadija to complete an appraisal of my property as we had previously purchased another property from her and had a great experience as a buyer. I absolutely loved how she had styled the property we purchased, and as the property we were looking at selling was vacant, I knew her staging skills would make the place look a hundred times better - and I was right! the staging was incredible, with a bit of quirkiness to it. Not just your cookie cutter staging. I was not too sure how much our property would be worth, and the appraisals I got back did vary quite a bit (just for reference, one of the appraisals I got back from a leading local agent was 175k lower than what we ended up with). I believe if we went out with the buyers feedback that a different agent had suggested, we would have never achieved what we did.
