Nadija achieved a remarkable sale price for my property. I actually didn’t think that we would achieve the price guide she suggested…But she did! She works very hard - at the property until 8pm finishing up the staging so it was right for photos the next day. The staging was fabulous .. not “cookie cutter” like some staging. Communications were also great…I always knew what was happening during the lead up to the first open & got prompt feedback after home opens - which was important to me. Would definitely recommend and use again for future sales.
