Great experience, they were very friendly & professional. Nadija and Dan offer the overall package of real estate agents and staging & styling the property. Everything went very smoothly and they organized everything for us. Our apartment looked amazing and was sold after the first weekend of Home Opens for a great price.

We engaged with Nadija Feb 2023 when looking to sell out property. We Initially chose Perth Property Co as they were sellers of our area (Inglewood) and I knew they did house staging. For a house that was half renovated - it was a no brainer to have the house staged. From that first meeting we loved Nadija's approach and energy. At that time our plans changed, but fast forward to this year, Feb 2024, we were ready to sell! Again, we didnt approach anyone else and went with Perth Property Co. Our experience was flawless, from start to finish. Nadija and Dan are incredible to work with!! The whole process was seamless and we had offers for more than we imagined. THE HUSTLE IS REAL with the staging!! Every single detail down to the collection of pillows that go on the bed is thought about. Looking at the house once Nadija had her paws on it made me so sad to sell - it looked better than I could ever imagine. I would recommend them to anyone, and would absolutely use their services again should I be selling a house in the future. If you want experienced, professional agents, you'd be an idiot not to use them :)

Nadija and Dan are professional and were attentive throughout the sales process and secured a great outcome. The staging was to a high standard and the process was made easy with their knowledge. Communication was great.

Selling our house with Nadija's guidance was an absolute breeze. Nadija knew exactly how to style and market our our property for maximum appeal. Communication was amazing throughout the process with Nadija keeping us informed at every step along the way, answering all our questions promptly and thoroughly. Her professionalism was evident in every interaction, making us feel confident and supported from listing to final settlement. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and would recommend her highly to anyone.

I felt comfortable with Nadija from our first meeting. Nadija and Dan really went above and beyond to help me get the best possible results from the sale. The process was easy and seamless and was simple for me and the buyer. Dan even went out and mowed the lawn and fixed the sprinklers so I didn’t have to take time off work to do it. Incredible!! I hit the jackpot finding Perth Property Co and will be forever grateful of their sensitivity and kindness during the sale of my late mother home.

Nadija and Dan really know the market and has the ability to style your property to a sleek design to meet market expectations. We could barely recognise our own house after they were done with it! They recommended gardeners, tradesmen and cleaners who were professional and great value. One of the main things that set them apart from other agents we met with was that they really try their best to get you the best price for your property. They also kept us informed every step of the way so that we knew what was happening. In the current market, we know that the house will sell but Nadija and Dan hustle and work so hard to try to get the best price. We have already been recommending them to all our friends because we have first hand experience on what fantastic service feels like. Thank you both for making this process so seamless and stress free.

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Nadija for providing unparalleled real estate service through The Perth Property Co. Despite grappling with unanticipated delays attributed to strata complexities, Nadija's unwavering professionalism and adept communication remained consistently impressive. The meticulous styling of my unit underscored her keen attention to detail, with the presentation so good that the idea of moving back in crossed my mind. Nadija truly went above and beyond, playing the long game with unwavering dedication. Her efforts made all the difference in ensuring a successful outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend Nadija and The Perth Property Co for their exceptional service.

My husband and I recently sold our property in Canning Vale, Nadija not only assisted in the sale of our house but provided styling that assisted us in getting the best price possible (our house never looked so good!) Nadija's market knowledge allowed us to be realistic with our expectations. Highly recommend - you won't regret it!

Perth Property were a pleasure to deal with, they went over and above to sell our house. The free staging really helped the sale. They know realestate, they are hard workers and got a great price in a very short timeframe.

I sought a lot of feedback and spoke to a few agents before choosing Nadija to sell my family home. It's a quirky character house, and the agents we spoke to didn't seem to be able to see the magic in it. Nadija was completely the opposite, she was really positive, saw the beauty in the property and was so lovely to deal with. The styling was UNBELIEVABLE. When I saw the photos I thought - are we making a mistake? Should we move back in?? Not only did we get 7 offers day one, we got 100k more than other agents predicted for us. Her and Dan when above and beyond to keep us in the loop. We sold through another agency previously and had such a negative experience, I only wish I'd known about Nadija then. We were taken care of every step of the way and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They are both honest, affable people who operate with integrity that makes for a very positive experience for both seller and buyer.

Nadija and her team were extremely wonderful right from the beginning to the end. Nadija's eye for detail to make everything perfectly staged is incredible and really takes the home to the next level. I highly recommend The Perth Property Co to everyone.

Nadija and Dan were fantastic agents. They styled our home beautifully, they were very helpful every step of the way and we got a great price on our home! We have recommended their services to many of our friends.
