I was skeptical going to market so close to Christmas but after sitting down with Tony and Nadine they spelt out the pro' s and con's without being pushy and all their opinions were backed up by evidence and experience however never did they pressure us to list our home, which made my wife feel so at ease being her first house sale. Whilst the Pro's did outweigh the Con's we are glad we listened to their advice and went with the fact that they knew the market. Nadine was exceptional in providing tips on styling the property and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We were extremely impressed with the marketing and the photos arranged were spectacular.
