Tony and Nadine made our first home buying experience an absolute pleasure! They were professional in their dealings throughout the process. The most important thing to us was that, they were true to their word during inspection and when we made the offer, they didn't haggle or asked us to raise our offer by another 10K (which unfortunately most of the agents out their did do!). They asked us to put in one and final offer which they took to the owners and it got accepted, even though they received better offers after that, they did not change their mind. All this during the Dec. 2021, the peak of property market, where their were 50+ offers on every house in North Lakes. Well done to Team Wilkie for that :) They are both very lovely and took the time and effort to answer all our questions and helped us out with the negotiations post building and pest inspections. From the very first contact with Nadine and Tony Wilkie you are made to feel as if you are their only client. The care and compassion they showed across all aspects of selling my house in North Lakes was second to none. From the appraisal to the final negotiations they kept in constant contact. I always knew how many enquiries they had, what buyer feedback there was, and information on market conditions. As I live interstate it was paramount to have someone on the ground that I could rely on to make sure that the house was perfectly presented at open inspections - Nadine even used her own vacuum cleaner and vacuumed before each open! Nadine was there to meet the stylist, to ensure the house looked lovely - something that definitely needs a woman's touch! (Sorry Tony...), she arranged gardening and maintenance tradespeople and suggested things that would assist the property to sell. I trusted both Nadine and Tony to not only care for my property (as if it was their own) but also with the sale.
