Thanks Nadira to help me find the house & my biggest decision she made it very simple and easy. She has a good knowledge and expertise of housing market, which helps me a lot from start to an end of buying process.

We weren’t looking to sell, but while looking on Real Estate Website noticed Nadira had a sold a block of Land in the same suburb our land was in and for a decent price so decided to contact her to get some insights re: Market and quickly realised price point was around what we were looking for. Nadira didn’t try to talk us down etc. and agreed with the figure we were looking at and advertised our land within that Range. Was quick and easy to get through commission reasonable. We were not in a rush and wanted to test Market and honestly did not expect to sell. Buyer identified within abt 3wks of listing, 30 Day Settlement and went without a hitch. Nadira is lovely to deal with, respectful and kept us posted and provided progress updates regularly.
