I had known Namir for many years before I trusted him with the sale of the house my daughter and I owned together. After almost 30 years in the home, preparing it for sale felt like a big task. On the Friday before the auction, he called to tell me the house was sold. I was in shock, but Namir reassured me that everything was in place and that he had achieved a result I was comfortable with. It reflected the market at the time and was not below the point where I would have felt disappointed accepting the offer. Namir Mikha was very helpful. I chose him because he sold two other units in my block of 10 & he'd got excellent prices for both. I was selling because I had to go into age care so I couldn't wait and although the time wasn't the best for me in terms of interest rate increases, I was very happy with the price Namir managed to get for me. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell.
