Our offer was accepted quite late in the day due to many factors, and Namir worked tirelessly late into the night to make sure the deal could go through so that we had it sorted before the weekend. He was incredibly supportive through the process and made all the complicated organising look easy. Thank you, Namir. I highly recommend him.
