Namir Mikha was very helpful. I chose him because he sold two other units in my block of 10 & he'd got excellent prices for both. I was selling because I had to go into age care so I couldn't wait and although the time wasn't the best for me in terms of interest rate increases, I was very happy with the price Namir managed to get for me. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell.
