I have finally completed the settlement process, but the handover of the key did not go as expected

I recently worked with Namita and found the experience generally satisfactory. While the initial stages went smoothly, the handover process and a few subsequent activities were not as expected. There were also occasional delays in addressing maintenance issues. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.
