Natalia knows the market and passes this on the the seller/buyer. Her system or the system she uses produced buyers on the first inspection and resulted in a sale, I did use another agency first but they fell way short of what Natalia achieved. She assessed the work needed and got the work done then buyers from the MICM advertising were shown the property and offers were made immediately. This was also accomplished with the Covid virus worries to contend with.
