Natalia is informative and sets a very open and honest relationship from the very beginning. She goes above and beyond to contact vendors in and out of business hours just so she can provide buyers with prompt answers. As a first-timer in the market for Southbank apartments, we were quite pedantic with what we were looking for and still had a lot of questions to ask, however with previous history of renting in Southbank, I was already familiar with the area and Natalia's knowledge was still informative and added reassurance. We've been to many inspections as a family and have met multiple agents along the way, none are comparable to the reception we received from Natalia. We found many agents constantly tried to talk up apartments/property and compare too much as a point of sale - this creates suspicion with buyers and comes across as an insecurity (are they talking up a place because they are hiding something? Or just really desperate for a sale?). Natalia is not aggressive and doesn't bombard you with sales tactics. She will answer questions very honestly. Working with vendors and buyers is pressurising and highly demanding but Nat exceeded our expectations with her patience and ongoing willingness to care for her clients.
