Natalia was referred to me by my sister in Jul 2021. It's hard to believe that it has been 7 months since. She has been very very patient... practically "handholding" me in the tedious and not easy task of selling my apartment. She handled the inspection of the apartment after the last tenant, suggested how the apartment could be spruced up, etc even found a lawyer.... In the end, I decided against spending any money on doing up same. However, Natalia was not deterred nor upset ( I wondered if she was gnashing her teeth in exasperation) with my indecision. She was never 'pushy‘, giving me time and space to consider. Frankly, I will miss her cheerfulness, her bright msgs now that the apartment has been sold. I am happy with the price though it fell a little short of the selling price that Natalia forecast. But I am quite sure she did her best and that is good enough for me. A big THANK YOU !
