Natalia helped the reviewer buy this property

Professional and compassionate

Buying a property for the first time is nerve-wracking enough but when you're in your 50s it's even worse. Natalia was sensitive to the fact it was all new to me, and never pushed or hurried me. She negotiated a good price, solved a last-minute problem at final inspection with no fuss and celebrated with me on settlement. She always says Hello if I see her in the neighbourhood too.
