I gave Natalia a very specific brief - a precise location, minimum square metres, desired floorplan, 2 bathrooms etc. She took me through 6 or 7 options in one day that met my brief and I found one that I purchased and signed up within 5 days. that's the way its supposed to work but rarely does.
