Extremely disappointed in Natalie and Ray White! We were a simple sale, which was subject to the sale of a block of land we had, the purchasers of our land kept requesting extensions, we granted one then decided not to put anyone out on the purchase we were making through Natalie, we changed the contract to cash and no longer subject to sale of the land. Right from the start we told Natalie the house was filthy and we expected it to be cleaned, she reassured us it would be! On Day of hand over (Friday) the owner was still in the house with animals boats, furniture And trucks. We were told it was being professionally cleaned on Saturday, it was putrid! Cat excrements everywhere, where furniture had been for 7 years so was food, dust and rat droppings! The double ovens you could no see in and also had 7 years of grime baked in! Natalie assured us it would be cleaned! Well they paid $200 for a lick and promise clean on the Monday! It has taken me 6 months to clean this place, hence the delay in review. Natalie was rude and did not want to know us, Ray White sent a survey on how did we go? I told them of how disappointed we were and to this day have heard nothing from them. Why do they waste time and money on things like this if they do not want to improve their skills. I have since put my property on the market with Remax Solutions at Strathpine, Hugh Tonakas has changed my view On realestate after the terrible experiences I had with Natalie and Ray White. Hughs professionalism, care and honesty along with the 3 weeks he took to sell my place at a premium price, has restored my faith in the realestate industry. If you want to buy or sell a property, do yourself a favour and go to Remax Solutions Strathpine you will not go through the heartache we did with Natalie and Ray White!
