Natalie helped to make the process of finding the right house and having an offer accepted much easier than expected. She is quick to respond to any questions and always followed up promptly with any messages left for her. She was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. Great to work with and will do so again in the future.

Natalie was very helpful with arranging inspection of property and follow up.. Her knowledge & professional advice was exemplary.. I now have my dream home.. I would recommend Natalie to future prospective buyers..

What a seamless and stress free experience! Can’t thank Natalie and Hamish enough for their thoroughly professional work in selling my property. It was always going to be a difficult sell with me interstate, the property being a little run down and the market not as friendly as it has been in recent times. Thankyou Downton Property, would give you 6 stars if I had the option.

Nat & Hamish were very on the ball and advised me how & when to sell. When they marketed I go price I wanted and sold very quickly. Thanks to them both very much.

From our first point of contact we knew that Nat would sell our property. Her communication, flexibility, Drive and sales record are the reason we got the price we wanted in a tough market. Without hesitation I would recommend her expertise to sell any property.

Nat was lovely to work with as always, and made the sale of my property an easy and seamless transaction. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of working with Natalie recently to purchase an investment property in Hobart, Tasmania. She and her team were very patient in answering all our questions and clearing up all my concerns. As me being an interstate investor, Natalie and her team at Downton Property made buying a house in Hobart a smooth ride. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I would strongly recommend them for any of your real estate needs.

An amazing price and such a quick result! Couldn’t be happier with what Nat achieved for us!

We had our house on the market for almost 90 days with another agent. We found at nearly every component of the selling process was done more professionally with better customer relations and constant effort towards giving us the utmost success. Both Hamish and Nat went above and beyond to achieve the best result for us and are very astute with their business and clients.

Explain everything that was going to happen, then gave me feed back on different people interested in buying my house

It was a pleasure dealing with Nat and Hamish recently on the sale of my property. I have been interstate and they made the whole process straightforward and seamless. Good advice when required regarding appropriate pricing and a successful result!
