Nat was approachable and professional from our first meeting to settlement. She took our requirements in to consideration and offered options that were practical and effective. Nat and the team at Downton achieved an outstanding result for us and made the whole process a breeze. We are looking forward to working with Nat and the team again in the future!

It was great experience and I am very pleased with the way she communicated and got us a great deal. The whole team was great and friendly. We were impressed by her confidence and the way she presented herself. Already recommended her to few of our friends.

Nat and team have made selling our unit on the Glebe a relaxed and pleasant experience for us and I would recommend her highly to any one thinking about selling a home. Her team was extremely professional and organised and her strategy to get us the best price available was one which we were extremely happy with. Thanks Nat

Nat was wonderful to deal with and nothing was too much to ask. Being at different ends of the stage was no issue as the communication was wonderful with regular updates along with her professionalism would make her someone I would reccomend when trying to sell my home.

Nat made our first Tasmanian property purchase as smooth & easy as one could expect. She was a step ahead & provided great advice, as we ticked all the boxes. I highly recommend Nat & her company.

Nat provides great service, I had a nice experience with her and her sales team. I used both their sales and property management service, highly recommended.

Nat was enthusiastic and from the very first moment we met her was committed to supporting us with the sale of our home and getting the best price possible. She was exceptional in her communication and checking in to see how things were going for us and following up.

It has been a fantastic experience working with Natalie during our purchase in Hobart. I would strongly recommend Natalie and her team!

Natalie Downton and her team have managed this property for me since I purchased it over 5 years ago. Their property management team are outstanding. I recently sold the property through Natalie without any issues at all and obtained an excellent price. I would highly recommend Downton Property

Natilie and her sales team plus the property management team. My experience with the property management teams out Downton over the years has been great they are efficient proactive and continuously giving updates on the rental market and archiving market values for rent roll and the right tenants. As for selling Natilie works hard with a strong sales knowledge, know the market and the ability to understand the vendors needs. She does her research before seeing her clients. She sold a 3 million dollar property for us and we couldn’t be more happy with her help support and result.
