Well I have never bought or sold a house before so I was a novice but I can certainly say that Nat and Hamish were absolutely brilliant in helping me sell my Mum’s house for her. After only a week on the market we had four serious buyers. The sale went smoothly and the price was right very happy with the outcome. Once again thanks to Nat and the team at Downton Property

My house went on the market right at the start of the Covid lockdown which could have been a difficult time but with Nat's bright personality and positive attitude nothing was negative or too much trouble. This resulted in an excellent sale in a short period of time.

We were really impressed with Nat's professionalism and enthusiasm with the sale of of our property/land. She made the whole process very smooth and easy for us, especially as we live in another state, and we had a contract that we were super excited about within 4 days of it hitting the market!! Thank you so much Nat for everything - we were so happy with the service and the result!

My experience of purchasing an investment property through Nat was positive all the way through. She have me honest information and also recommended a local building inspector and solicitor who were both fantastic as well. Her communication was great and I know she did everything she could to help me out and ensure a good experience for me. Would recommend her and her agency anytime.

Nat provided great experience and knowledge of the market and was true to her word with delivering a fantastic result. All in all Nat was very professional and made the process simple.

Nat helped us in all aspects . Especially with this being a very emotional sale of our parents home. And three emotionally tired woman to deal with

From buying and selling, Nat and Hamish have provided us the best choice of agents to buy and sell our house at the same time! Nat has great knowledge of local areas and outstanding marketing packages to promote our property. Nat is always proactive, working hard for us throughout the buying and selling processes. She also has great humour and has made the process very easy and going beyond to ensure everything went through smoothly. We would definitely use her again and again and pass Nat's name to our family and friends!

Great agent, who knows the area well. Communication was 10/10. Would recommend to anyone selling

Great agent, who knows the are well. Communication was 10/10. Would recommend to anyone selling.

Nat comes across as a genuine, friendly and warm person, and very passionate about her job. She did all she could to help us in our purchase and was really communicative. We had a good experience.

I was super impressed with Nat's enthusiasm, advice, recommendations and strategy while selling my property. Nat was ALWAYS available on all matters associated with the sale and provided first class service. Best of all was her commitment to seeing me through the whole process of selling and then buying a new property. Although I made offers on two other properties not with Downton that i missed out on Natalie facilitated both contracts on my behalf because I trusted her. We spent many hours on the phone and in person whilst she helped me to find my dream home. Nat eventually found me a home to buy I fell in love with that wasn't even on the market. It was a stressful time making offers and missing out but her off market strategy made me feel so at ease it took all the stress away not having so much competition. I would 100% recommend buying or selling through Nat. Thank you so much I would never use anyone else.

Engaging Downton Realestate and Natalie to sell my property was a pleasant experience, with Natalie’s market knowledge of properties in our area and the way she communicated the process to me made me feel at ease. Natalie communicated with me during the whole process and always kept me updated. I found this professionalism was way above my expectation.
