Natalie is a thorough and professional agent who made the selling a home seamless and straight forward. If we had to single out a particular character it would be the honesty/frankness of her advice. If she believes the price a seller suggests is too high or low, she will tell them so. If the house needs to be presented in a particular way to assist the sale, she will tell you. If along the way you need to stick to a price or lower it, she will advise you accordingly. Yes this may be what Agents are there for but No, it’s not what you necessarily get. Natalie recently sold our modest home in Bayswater within 4/5 weeks of it being listed in a very much declining market. We are more than happy to use Natalie in the future and recommend her to others.
