After 8 months of searching, I finally found a home as close as possible to what I was looking for, and Natalie just happened to be the selling agent. Natalie was very professional, knowledgeable, nice to talk to, and worked with both me and the seller to get me the best price. And I do think the price was very fair for myself and the seller.
