When Nat came to visit us, it didn’t take long to realise we didn’t need to speak to anyone else. Her knowledge and understanding of the local market were immediately evident and gave us the confidence to engage Red Fox to progress the sale of our home in Bedford. The market, as it stands, complicated our selling process, as we needed to find and secure a contract to buy a new home. We were so confident in Nat and her team that we went ahead and secured our new home while continuing to hold our existing property under a line of credit (a bridging loan with a +9% interest rate!). From there, Nat put the sale strategy into action for our place in Bedford. Her approach achieved an incredible sales result and—almost more importantly—a favourable settlement agreement that helped reduce the impact of the bridging loan and allowed us to transition to our new home with minimal stress.
