Natalie was fantastic. We were purchasing our first home and Natalie was so helpful talking us through the process and what to expect, and was really great about communication between us and the seller when we had questions. We decided to list our house on the market a few days before lockdown - so no home opens at the beginning. Add to that, the fact that we had a very steep driveway which put most people off and we were really on to a winner. Natalie was awesome, always at the end of the phone when we needed her; listened to our ideas when it came to wording and price; and helped us to achieve a great price for the home that we were leaving. Super helpful when the inspections were going ahead too - those things rarely go smoothly do they. She is local to the area which is why we chose her, that knowledge is not to be missed out on when selling a house and is invaluable to people moving to the area.
