I approached 3 Agencies in the area and Natalie responded within hours of my initial enquiry (the other 2 didn’t even have the courtesy to reply so obviously don’t need the business). Over a period of a few months we stayed in contact keeping each other updated. When we were ready to put the property on the market (over the Easter weekend), Natalie went into top gear organising photos and marketing,etc. The first day the property went online, Natalie had prospective buyers looking through the property, more over the next three days.
