Knowledge of the property was good. Bit disappointed about not been shown the work to be done on the swimming pool on first visit to make it comply with the statutes . This was addressed on the second visit after we asked for the details. Natalie's assistant (Stephanie) appeared a bit inexperienced by some of the remarks she made about email agreements made and what was written in the contract by the solicitors which I found a bit disappointing
