Natalie helped the reviewer sell this property

Sold in five weeks in a tough market and at a great result – professional throughout

Natalie handled the sale of our home at 5 Mapelton Circuit, Parkinson, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From listing in late August to a signed contract took around five weeks – a result we were very pleased with. Communication was excellent. Natalie kept us updated after every open home and inspection, gave honest feedback from buyers, and was always quick to respond to calls and messages. We never had to chase her for an update. Her knowledge of the Parkinson market was clear from the first appraisal. Her pricing advice was realistic and well supported by recent sales, and the campaign brought in serious buyers rather than just foot traffic. When it came to negotiation, Natalie worked hard on our behalf and was calm and strategic. She explained our options clearly and never pressured us into a decision. Right through to settlement, she was organised, professional and on top of every detail, which made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. We’d happily recommend Natalie to anyone selling in the area and would use her again ourselves.
