After meeting with Natalie and discussing her suggested approach to the sale of my apartment, I had no doubt that she possessed the skill to successfully market my property. After appointing her as the agent, she took a number of steps that demonstrated to me that she cared about what she does. These included meeting a cleaner onsite, arranging quotes for repairs that were needed (which took her time and she personally attended the property for these) and placing some of her own linen on the bed to present a more homely feel. She successfully negotiated with the purchaser for a sale that was hassle-free and that demonstrated clear communication to buyer and seller alike - a rare find! However, her true colours came through once the deal was done with the buyer. My Adelaide apartment was only used by me when I was in SA for work - I live interstate. She was an absolute gem - examples include meeting removalists to allow them entry to the property (on a Sunday afternoon), to arranging to have a storage cage emptied & having the apartment cleaned for the new owners. Whenever I rang her to thank her for these extra touches, she seemed generally surprised by my appreciation - clearly, it is just the way she approaches her profession. I would recommend Natalie without reservation.
