Our experience has been sublime. As very inexperienced sellers with a long attachment to our home, Natasha had patience and understanding as we navigated the real estate market. She provided expert advice on presentation of the house and her team produced highly professional marketing material to highlight the features of the property. At all check points, Natasha and her team consulted, ensured that our needs were met, whilst still representing buyers fairly and providing opportunity to consider all aspects of the sale. Natasha showed great care, was always timely in her communication and in operating the open houses and worked to achieve a great outcome for our sale. Overall a pretty poor experience. She was consistently poor at replying to texts/answering calls, often not hearing back for several days. 2 weeks after we had paid the deposit and had an offer accepted we had to do a final inspection of the property to check some minor maintenance and she organised another couple to also view the property at the same time without telling this other couple that there was already an offer accepted (wasting their time) . Wouldn't use by choice

We have now used McElwaine Real Estate twice to sell our homes and would do so again. Natasha has both times achieved amazing results for our sales. Natasha concentrates on getting great results for her clients over mass sales. With Natasha you are her priority and not just a number.
