All the way through our purchase and negotiations we dealt with Victoria Towner, who was absolutely wonderful! Everything was great up until Natasha got involved. The property did not settle on time due to her incompetence and she wanted to blame others, she washed her hands of it. We had to deal directly with the seller in order to get access to the house and we are still awaiting keys for the seller to finalise our dealings.
