Apart from displaying the obvious traits that make a great agent, what stood out the most was Nathan's motivation. At no stage was anything hard despite many questions and fears. It felt like he was in control of all the little things that we did not think of. Whilst the 6 week campaign to sale was challenging from a disruption perspective, we felt confident. His team all had a clear role and this was comforting through a stressful period. We cannot thank them enough for the sensitive way they handled everything. The picture off Nathan, saturated by rain on auction day, smiling from ear to ear and enjoying what he does was a fitting finish to a record price. Thank you.
