Nathan was pleasant, kind and efficient. He was very accommodating. He was happy to meet us on a Sunday, the last day of our holiday in Shellharbour. This was significant because we purchased this home three days later. Nathan also made himself available to sign contacts at 7am in the morning so that we didn’t have to take time off work. Most importantly, Nathan communicated very clearly and kept us informed throughout the process. Nathan kept us posted on the volume of interest in this property. This allowed us to move quickly and Nathan arranged a delayed settlement so that we could get our loan as we found this property sooner than we anticipated.
