Always fixing up small things before the open houses like removing weeds, spraying weed killer and once even took care of a large wasps nest. I had purchased this property of Nathan 5 years ago and again went to Nathan when I decided to sell without any doubt as he always goes out of his way more than any other real estate agent. He got the sale price which we decided on and made sure there was a minimum of 3 families at the open houses. He would answer my calls or messages at any time of the day or night. I just wanted to leave a bit of positive feedback on our experience selling with Nathan. We had engaged a couple of other real estate agents over the last 24 months to discuss options with our property but we just didn’t feel as though they were putting our needs first. When we contacted Right Choice, Nathan was more than happy to assist. He organised a meeting at our house and right from the start we felt comfortable with him. He answered all our questions and put our doubts at ease. We were just going to test the market as we weren’t sure if we were ready to sell yet and Nathan was more than happy to accommodate our requests. Before we went to market, Nathan gave us a couple of tips of what we should do to get the house ready so we spent the next few weeks preparing the house to put up. We didn’t feel any pressure to rush, which was a different experience to what we were getting from other agents in the past. We called him up to say we were ready and by that weekend we had our first open house. The only problem we found is that Nathan sold our house too quickly, finding a buyer within the first few days of being on the market.
