While Nathan was a good agent there were certain matters that let both him and the agency down. Photos were booked at 9.00am and the drone photos booked at 10.00am. Both photographers arrived at 9.00 and 9.15am. A private inspection was arranged with a prospective purchaser to view the property at 3.00pm while Nathan was away on holidays and the acting agent didn't arrive until 3.45pm so I had to show the buyer around myself. Considering the high commission charged by Nathan compared to other agents I felt that the service given was average.
