Nathan is a superstar. Everything went so quick and can’t believe that we got a house in less than 24 hrs from a private inspection. Nathan also has been helping me with all my queries and numerous request to go into the property before settlement to measure things.

I recently listed my house for sale with Nathan Hick as my controlling agent . Upon meeting Nathan for the first time . I was immediately impressed by Nathans professional personality , extensive knowledge and enthusiasm . After follow up contact was generated by Nathan and myself , I knew Nathan would provide my best opportunity for a successful sale . The sales strategy Nathan developed after completing a walk through and consulting with me targeted the serious buyer . The first open house day had a morning and afternoon viewing to attract as many people as possible . This strategy proved a wise move as viewing numbers were strong .
